Monuments Across Seattle

Seattle, Washington is amongst the most unique and distinguished towns in the US. With all sorts of comforts,, visitor attractions and opportunities, the community of Seattle has lots to offer to many folks. The city of Seattle is amongst the preferred tourist destinations and is also among the top places to live. Like plenty of other cities, the community of Seattle has many tourist sights and landmarks that appeal to visitors. One of the most fascinating landmarks in the city are the monuments in Seattle. The monuments in Seattle offer fascinating views for travelers when they are in Seattle. The assorted Seattle monuments encourage visitors to get a very big impression of the city.

Smith Tower Observation Deck

This monument is situated on Second Avenue and was constructed in 1914. Smith Tower is commonly known as Seattle's fave building among both residents and tourists. With the Smith Tower folk will be able to get great bird's eye views of Seattle's mountain, downtown and waterfront areas. One of the distinct features of the Smith Tower is that it happens to be one of the naiton's tallest buildings and the tallest building in the US outside of NY City. Going to the Smith Tower is well worth the trip.

The Space Needle

This is proving to be one of the planet's most famous and distinguished monuments. It is located on Broad Street and was built in 1962 for the World Fair. This monument is amongst the most unique and appealing in the world. Folk can take an elevator when entering the monument and go up to 525 feet in only 41 seconds. When they get to the top they're going to be ready to get to the observation platform and see for miles. The views offered to visitors are the Pudget Sound, Lake Union, Elliot Bay and the entire downtown of Seattle. With the Space Needle, visitors who enter the structure can use complimentary Swarovski Telescopes that provide magnified views of Seattle and its surroundings. This monument also has a restaurant named Sky City and a section that shows historical facts about the city of Seattle.

Boeing Factory

This monument is the HQ and production center for the famous Boeing Airplanes. When visiting the factory folk are able to go on tours and view the 747, 767, and 777 Boeing airplanes at their varied steps in production. The building is amongst the largest worldwide. With the Boeing factory, people will be in a position to have access to one of the interesting monuments in Seattle.

Visiting Seattle is always a very delightful experience for many of us. The city offers many things to entertain visitors and destinations to experience. One of the best types of places to see in Seatttle are the monuments. The monuments offer visitors a chance to see some of the most well known monuments in not only the nation, but in the whole world.
