Florida has been known for being the tropical paradise. Its shores and blue waters offer enjoyable hours of tanning, splashing and strolling along the seaside. For people who are more weary of waters though, this list of things to do in Miami may be helpful.

Animal lovers may consider visiting the Zoo Miami which has been rendered among the best conservatories in the region. One may find animal species that come from Australia, Asia and Africa. Since the zoo is free range, animals will not be in cages, maximizing the observation time of tourists.

They may also visit the Seaquarium for this matter. It is a place where a tourist can witness an outdoor aquarium experience only possible in a region with tropical climate. One may need to budget his time for this trip since the place has been known to be humongous.

Another destination to add to the list is Everglades National Park. This public park is known for its uniqueness. The park offers tourists the experience to be in a sub-tropical jungle with saw-grass prairies all around. Moreover, it houses several endangered species including manatees, panthers and crocodiles.

If you are someone who prefers more educational tours, then consider going to the Museum of Science. Exhibits that may be found in the institution are kid-friendly. Traveling with your family is most recommended for the visit as good learning experiences may be acquired from this trip.

Tourists may also consider visiting the Parrot Jungle. In here, they will be entitled to get closer looks at the birds while they carry on their activities. The habitats are designed in resemblance to their natural ones, putting the birds at ease. The attraction may cater to educational programs and field trips as well.

Lastly, include visiting the Monkey Jungle for your listing of Things to do in Miami. This park houses monkeys and allows them to run freely while you walk over pathways. Since the place allows the animals to to swing by without restrictions, you will be able to observe how they naturally interact with one another.
