One can fish them at any time especially on the boat side.

Late afternoons and early morning hours are the best time to fish. During these hours, there is rise and fall of the tides caused by change in moon shape. In addition, they feed with changes in tide movement, so when they change during morning and evening, the water moves activating this fish. They move quickly in the water, so trapping can be easy.
